1. Results and content responsibility
WebEXE turns static web pages into Windows apps. Pages, features and resources come from the creator. Generating a download does not mean WebEXE has reviewed or endorsed their accuracy, legality or safety. Creators should verify permissions and functionality; users should understand the app source and purpose.
2. Compatibility and testing
Windows versions, hardware, security policies and page features may affect display or operation. Successful creation does not guarantee suitability for every device or business use. Check pages, images, styling, interactions and online features on the target computer, and back up original files and downloads.
3. System and security alerts
Windows or security software may warn about downloads. Check SmartScreen notices separately from explicit malware detections; do not assume all warnings are false positives. Verify the source and exact message. If malware or harmful behavior is detected, stop running the file and contact its creator. Do not disable protection to run files of unknown origin. 4. External content and online features
Third-party links, online resources and external services are managed by their providers. WebEXE cannot guarantee continued availability, accuracy or suitability, and linking does not imply endorsement. Read their terms and privacy notices before use. Projects may still need an internet connection when required external resources are not included in uploaded files.
5. Availability and page guidance
Maintenance, network failures or other causes may lead to failed creation, interrupted downloads or temporary unavailability. Page instructions help you use the current service; actual pages define features and limits. Guidance is not a guarantee of suitability or ongoing availability. Download and save results promptly, and do not rely on links as your only backup.
6. Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, issues caused by submitted content, unauthorized distribution, third-party services or usage environments are addressed according to their cause and each party’s responsibility. WebEXE liability is governed by applicable law and the terms of service. This notice does not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, nor affect your statutory rights.
